Our in-house engineering team includes structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and civil specialists, all working in a single federated BIM model. The result is coordinated documentation that behaves on site the way it was drawn in the studio.
We hold chartered engineering qualifications across three jurisdictions and sign our own drawings. No third-party coordination. No gaps between trades.

Supervision that protects what was drawn.
The gap between an excellent drawing and an excellent building is decided on site. Our resident engineers and quality inspectors embed with the contractor’s team to verify setting-out, materials, workmanship, and compliance — every day the site is open.
We produce weekly progress reports with photographic evidence, maintain non-conformance logs, and escalate issues before they become precedents.

Project management with a studio's patience and a contractor's discipline.
We act as the client’s owner’s representative — managing cost, schedule, procurement, and stakeholders from pre-construction through operational handover. Our PM team holds PMP, PRINCE2, and chartered building qualifications.
The deliverable is not a Gantt chart. It’s a building that opens on time, within budget, and with its brief intact.

Arbitration and expert-witness services, grounded in forty years of built precedent.
When disputes arise, we provide expert-witness testimony, delay analysis, quantum assessment, and technical opinion — drawing on an archive of more than 420 completed projects and four decades of jurisdictional experience across the MENA region and Southeast Asia.
Our principals are listed on the panels of three international arbitration bodies. We accept instructions from either side of a dispute, and we write reports that stand up to cross-examination.
